Terms and Conditions for joining the band!

The Port Angeles Alumni Band does not have any legal or implied board or responsible persons. On the day of rehearsals or the parade, you are fully responsible for your own actions. We are just a bunch of friends walking down the road together. If someone trips and falls, we will do what we can to help out, but there is no organization here that can absorb any liability. Make sure that your homeowners or renters insurance can cover you if that is important for your ability to play with us.

Likewise, we will use any extra collection of funds for a donation to the PAHS Band Endowment fund. However, the PAHS Alumni Band is not itself a registered non-profit. Funds raised to cover our costs for shirts, venue, food etc. are not tax deductible.

The PAHS Alumni Band is performing in a public venue for the public. Photos will be taken. The PAHS Alumni Band may post pictures on this website, or social media. Other media entities and the general public will also be taking photographs and video recordings.
